These terms are an agreement between you and Brick HQ LLC, a North Carolina company ("Brick HQ," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Brick HQ app or website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Brick HQ is a companion for LEGO® collectors and investors. You can track the sets, minifigures, and parts you own — what you paid, what you've sold, and what the market currently suggests it's all worth — in either Collector or Investor mode. You can explore the wider LEGO catalog, follow retailer deals and price drops, keep a watchlist with price alerts, and use Build It to plan builds and track the parts and minifigures they need. Market values and retailer prices shown in the app are estimates assembled from third-party sources and can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong.
Nothing in Brick HQ is financial, investment, or tax advice. Portfolio values, gains, ROI figures, and price trends are informational estimates only. LEGO sets are collectibles whose values go down as well as up. Any buying or selling decisions you make are yours alone, and we recommend doing your own research.
Don't misuse the service. That includes: attempting to access other users' data; probing, scraping, or overloading our systems or the third-party data sources we rely on; reverse-engineering the app; reselling or redistributing the data feeds; or using the service to break the law.
Your collection data belongs to you. By entering it, you give us permission to store and process it for the purpose of running the service (that's all — see our Privacy Policy). Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
The app, its design, and its software are owned by Brick HQ LLC. Catalog and pricing data is assembled from third-party catalog and market-data sources and from publicly available retailer pricing; attribution appears in the app where their data is shown. We don't guarantee its accuracy, and it's provided for your personal, non-commercial use within the app.
We're a small company actively building. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We'll do our best to keep disruption minimal, but we can't promise uninterrupted service.
You can stop using Brick HQ and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with a refund of any unused prepaid period unless the violation was serious (for example, abuse of the service or other users).
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brick HQ LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
